Lawmakers Introduce Resolution to Suspend Russia's G-8 Membership

House and Senate lawmakers last week introduced resolutions that recommend suspending Russia's membership in the Group of Eight nations until Moscow demonstrates a greater commitment to the rule of law and democratic principles.
