Lockheed Exec: Strike Won't Affect C-130J Deliveries

An ongoing strike at a Marietta, GA, plant where Lockheed Martin makes C-130J transports will not affect deliveries of the aircraft, a senior company official assured financial analysts yesterday. Several C-130Js are "essentially finished and being prepared for delivery, so our guidance for deliveries remains appropriate," Chief Financial Officer Chris Kubasik said during an April 23 conference call on Lockheed Martin's first-quarter earnings.
