Navistar Withdraws JLTV Protest

Navistar Defense plans to withdraw its Government Accountability Office protest of the Army's recent Joint Light Tactical Vehicle contract decision, according to a company spokeswoman. "Navistar did file a protest with the GAO Friday," Elissa Koc, a spokeswoman for Navistar, said this morning.
