Navy intends to put multiple-ship maintenance availabilities on single solicitations

MARINE CORPS BASE QUANTICO, VA -- The Navy intends to start grouping multiple vessels onto singular ship maintenance availability solicitations in an effort to tackle expected future capacity problems, according to the service acquisition executive.
