Navy Lays Out Strategy For Drawing Down Manpower During Cruiser Availabilities

The Navy last week laid out the details of a strategy to reduce crew size during upcoming cruiser and amphibious warship availabilities, a key element in the service's plan to optimize cost savings during the phased modernization program.
