Navy releases unmanned tanker request for proposals to industry

The Navy recently released the long awaited request for proposals for the unmanned tanker program to four potential offerors, according to a service spokeswoman. On July 7, the Navy released an RFP for the MQ-25A air system concept refinement, according to Naval Air Systems Command spokeswoman Jamie Cosgrove. The RFP was not released publicly and posted on the Federal Business Opportunities website.
