Navy Signs Agreement With Jordan For First International Sale Of APKWS

The Navy and the Kingdom of Jordan have agreed to the first international sale of the Navy's Advanced Precision Kill Weapon System laser-guided rocket, the service announced on May 1. The foreign military sale includes procurement of the BAE Systems-built APKWS as well as logistics and engineering support for integration on the Jordanian CN-235 gunship, according to a Navy statement.
