Navy Successfully Launches Kongsberg's Naval Strike Missile From LCS-4

The Navy successfully launched the Naval Strike Missile, a surface-to-surface missile developed by the Norwegian defense company Kongsberg, from a Littoral Combat Ship on Sept. 23, the service announced. During the live-fire demonstration of the missile aboard the Coronado (LCS-4), it scored a direct hit on its intended target, a Mobile Ship Target, according to a Navy statement released Sept. 24.
