Navy Working With Army On Ground Combat Application For Railgun

The Navy is working with the Army on potential ground combat applications for the electromagnetic railgun, according to Navy officials. Program manager Capt. Michael Ziv told Inside the Navy he sees a land-based application for some kind of forward operating base.
