New start added to EW portfolio as Army eyes spectrum dominance by 2027

Brig. Gen. Kevin Chaney will bring a new electromagnetic warfare capability to the Army Requirements Oversight Council (AROC) for approval this month as the service strives to dominate the EW spectrum by 2027.
