NNSA Nominee: Nuclear Policy 'White Paper' Will Address Lawmakers' RRW Concerns

The Defense and State departments, as well as the National Nuclear Security Administration, have prepared a "white paper" on nuclear weapons policy that they hope will sway the opinions of skeptical lawmakers in favor of supporting the Reliable Replacement Warhead program, according to a top NNSA official.
