Northrop CEO Confident DD(X) Award Will Stand

Northrop Grumman's chairman and chief executive officer is confident that his company will be able to carry out a $2.9 billion DD(X) destroyer design contract, despite a protest lodged by competitor General Dynamics against the Navy.
