Northrop, General Dynamics Aim To Jump Air Force JSTARS Schedule

SAVANNAH, GA -- In an effort to maintain their hold on the Joint Surveillance Target Attack Radar System, Northrop Grumman and General Dynamics are boasting about an integrated Gulfstream 550 testbed that would help the companies accelerate the Air Force's JSTARS recapitalization timeline. In August, Northrop received $10 million in contract awards for the risk reduction phase of the JSTARS program.
