Northrop Grumman Completes Sale of Commercial Aerostructures Sector

Northrop Grumman announced yesterday that it has completed the sale of its commercial aerostructures sector to the private investment firm The Carlyle Group, a $1.2 billion transaction that is a key element in the company's effort to expand its defense-related business.
