Northrop Grumman Lobbies TRW Shareholders On Eve Of Crucial Vote

Northrop Grumman pulled out all the stops today in its efforts to persuade TRW shareholders to allow it to view TRW's accounting records. Northrop is offering TRW shareholders $53 per share to acquire TRW, but says it must be allowed full access to the company's records. TRW shareholders will vote at a special shareholders meeting on May 3 whether to allow the negotiations to continue.
