Northrop Grumman Ponders Next Move On TRW Offer

Northrop Grumman officials are pondering their next move in the wake of TRW shareholders' rejection of Northrop's proposal to continue negotiations on its $53-per-share offer to acquire TRW. The official vote count is not scheduled to be completed for several weeks, Northrop Grumman Chairman and CEO Kent Kresa said today in a statement.
