NTC Center of Excellence Prepares Soldiers for IED Threat

A Center of Excellence at the National Training Center in Ft. Irwin, CA, is being folded into the Joint Improvised Explosive Device Defeat Task Force now led by retired Gen. Montgomery Meigs, an Army official said today.
