Nuclear Weapons Council Endorses Reliable Replacement Warhead Strategy

A Defense and Energy department organization that oversees U.S. policies on nuclear weapons has given its blessing to the Reliable Replacement Warhead program after reviewing competing RRW designs from two of the nation's premier national laboratories, the National Nuclear Security Administration announced today.
