Paez: Budget Uncertainty May Stall Navy's Alternative Energy Program

The continuing budget uncertainty in Congress will negatively impact the Navy's energy goals down the road, according to Byron Paez, the deputy director/chief of staff in the office of the deputy assistant secretary of the Navy for energy.
