Pentagon Conducting New Mobility Capability Study

The Defense Department is conducting a follow-on assessment to the 2005 Mobility Capability Study, a review that could influence major investments in new ships and cargo aircraft, according to Pentagon officials. The new review, dubbed "Mobility Capability Study 2006," began right on the heels of the completion of the 2005 study this summer.
