Saudi Arabia wants to buy $800 million worth of C-130 upgrade kits, according to the Defense Department. The Defense Security Cooperation Agency, which handles overseas arms sales for the Pentagon, notified lawmakers today of the possible sale of upgrade kits for 54 C-130 aircraft.
