Prabhakar: DARPA Prioritizing Cybersecurity, Finding Patterns In Big Data

The Pentagon's advanced research arm has prioritized cybersecurity and big-data processing, the agency's head said Tuesday. Speaking at a conference sponsored by the New America Foundation, Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency Director Arati Prabhakar said DARPA is looking for ways to scale U.S. cybersecurity capabilities faster than the growth of information and related threats.
