Raytheon Adjusts Recent Results

Raytheon announced today that it would have to adjust its fourth-quarter 2001 results to reflect an $88 million charge related to a productivity decline with a pair of power projects in Massachusetts. "The drop in productivity on the projects occurred since the company's fourth-quarter and full-year earnings disclosure on January 23, 2002," Raytheon said in a statement released after the close of trading on the New York Stock Exchange.
