Rep. Moakley: School of the Americas Won't Be Closed Long Enough

Rep. Joe Moakley (D-MA), who has worked for a decade to close the Army's School of the Americas, said yesterday that the Pentagon's congressionally mandated decision to rename and refocus it may amount to little more than a "cosmetic change for the infamous military school."
