Richardson: Navy Will Wrap Up Ohio-Class Replacement Study This Fall

The Navy will complete a study in the fall concerning the multibillion-dollar Ohio-class ballistic submarine replacement program, according to the nominee to become the next chief of naval operations. Adm.
