Rohrabacher Seeks to Boost Civil-Military Cooperation for Quicker Access to Space

Republican Dana Rohrabacher of California wants to offer an amendment to the House fiscal year 2007 defense authorization bill that would establish an Air Force office to promote civilian-military cooperation in achieving cheaper and faster access to space. The House Rules Committee is considering which proposed amendments to the legislation, including Rohrabacher's, it will allow to be debated on the chamber floor tomorrow.
