Senate appropriators concerned the Army is not building enough tactical vehicles

The Army is falling behind in building tactical vehicles needed to meet requirements, according to the Senate Appropriations Committee. In a report released Thursday, the committee is concerned the Army continues to “significantly underfund” programs needed to sustain the Army’s fleet of tactical vehicles, such as the Abrams tank and the humvee.
