Senators: Air National Guard's C-27J Basing Program May Be 'Unworkable'

Eight senators with a vested interest in the Air National Guard's C-27J program have told Air Force Chief of Staff Gen. Norton Schwartz and Air National Guard Bureau Chief Gen. Craig McKinley that the Guard's C-27J basing program might be "unworkable."
