Skelton Sounds Alarm About Iraqi Troop Readiness, Army Recruiting

Missouri Rep. Ike Skelton, the Armed Services Committee's ranking Democrat, took to the House floor today to sound alarms about slow progress in training Iraqi security forces and problems facing the Army as it scrambles for recruits to fight overseas.
