Skelton Unveils Services' FY-05 Unfunded Priorities Lists

The four military services have unfunded requirements totaling $12.2 billion in fiscal year 2005, according to documents unveiled today by Rep. Ike Skelton (D-MO), the House Armed Services Committee ranking member. That sum would pay for initiatives left out of President Bush's $401.7 billion FY-05 request for the Defense Department, delivered to Congress last month.
