STRATCOM Mulls Groundwork for Potential U.S. Cyber Command

U.S. Strategic Command is conducting internal discussions on current and future cyberwarfare capabilities in preparation for the creation of a new U.S. Cyber Command, STRATCOM chief Gen. Kevin Chilton said today.
