Sullivan Tapped to Lead NAVSEA

The Pentagon announced today that President Bush has nominated Rear Adm. Paul E. Sullivan to receive a third star and lead Naval Sea Systems Command, which manages Navy shipbuilding efforts. Sullivan, who has been NAVSEA's deputy commander for ship design integration and engineering since September 2001, will succeed Vice Adm. Philip Balisle.
