TACOM chief: Capacity exists for humvee ambulance-modernization work

An Army official overseeing the service's organic industrial base says there is sufficient capacity to recapitalize active-duty humvee ambulances in greater numbers, though the plan, proposed by lawmakers recently, is still hypothetical.
