Top Brass to Review New Irregular Warfare Definition, Concept

Top military officials are scheduled to convene tomorrow to review a new concept for irregular warfare designed to guide improvements to the military's ability to fight unconventional campaigns. The four-star Joint Chiefs of Staff are expected to consider the concept -- and, possibly, approve it -- on Wednesday in the secure conference room known as the "tank," according to defense officials.
