Trump shakes up transition team; solidifies inner circle

President-elect Donald Trump's transition team announced Friday that it has moved into its "implementation phase," replacing New Jersey Gov. Chris Christie with Vice President-elect Mike Pence as chairman. Christie, Ben Carson, former House speaker Newt Gingrich, retired Lt. Gen. Michael Flynn, former New York City Mayor Rudy Giuliani and Sen. Jeff Sessions (R-AL) will be vice chairs of the team's executive committee.
