TRW Signs Confidentiality Agreement With Unknown Bidder

TRW said yesterday it had agreed to open its accounting books to an unnamed potential bidder. Last week, TRW said it would make its accounts available if the potential bidders signed a confidentiality agreement. The company is fighting a hostile takeover attempt by Northrop Grumman, which is offering TRW stockholders $53 per share.
