United States and NATO Partners To Conduct Peacekeeping Exercise

Starting Thursday (March 1), the United States and five other NATO countries will begin a nine-day peacekeeping exercise in Nova Scotia, NATO announced today. Dubbed "Cooperative Osprey 2001," the exercise will involve 150 military personnel from the six NATO countries -- the United States, Canada, Denmark, Germany, the Netherlands, and Spain -- along with 13 partner nations.
