U.S., Australia Join Forces to Explore Hypersonic Flight Technologies

U.S. Air Force and Australian Department of Defence officials last week kicked off a multimillion-dollar research and development effort that will explore hypersonic flight technologies that could one day revolutionize both countries' military capabilities, the Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL) announced earlier this week.
