The Clinton administration will send an additional 200 civil police officers to Kosovo as part of a United Nations police force, Pentagon spokesman Ken Bacon said today. A large civil police force in Kosovo is expected to relieve the pressure on U.S. and other military forces there that are not trained in law enforcement procedures.
