Air Force autonomy consortium RFI

In a Dec. 20, 2017, notice, the Air Force Research Laboratory released a request for information seeking "capabilities to develop/populate and administer a consortium of approximately 50-100 industry and academia members who represent autonomy technology developers who are or could be addressing current and future Air Force and industry issues through collaborative research and industry implementation."
