Army defense ordnance technology consortium solicitation

On Jan. 2, 2018, the Army released a "competitive combined synopsis/solicitation, seeking a partner Consortium that includes industry, academic, non-profit, and for-profit entities in order to enhance our warfighters' lethality, survivability and combat effectiveness through industrial and academic research, development, and technology demonstrations."
