Army's updated draft OMFV RFP

On June 17, 2022 the Army released an update to its draft Optionally Manned Fighting Vehicle request for proposals, revising "the vehicle prototypes to 11 and between a base effort and an option (7 prototypes for the base effort and up to 4 for the option)." Other sections were also "updated based on industry feedback."
