DARPA BAA for fast network interface cards

In an Aug. 20, 2019 broad agency announcement, the Defense Advanced Research Projects Agency "is soliciting innovative research proposals for improving network stack performance to realize 100x or more throughput gains, in order to accelerate highly distributed applications, such as training of deep neural networks."
