DOD background check reprogramming action

In a Feb. 11, 2020 prior approval reprogramming memo, acting Pentagon Comptroller Elaine McCusker transfers $200 million to the Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agency to fund personnel background investigations, as authorized by congressional appropriators.
