DOD briefing on COVID-19 loans

On July 22, 2020 Pentagon acquisition chief Ellen Lord and Adam Boehler, chief of the U.S. International Development Finance Corporation,  announced a joint effort to administer $100 million in loans made available by previously passed stimulus legislation.
