DOD IG audit of other transactions awarded through consortiums

The April 21, 2021 Defense Department inspector general's report determines that "DOD officials do not have access to important information associated with OTs awarded through consortiums, such as which contractor received the OT award and the specific costs associated with funded OT projects."
