DOD IG memo on launch review of SPACECOM basing decision

In a Feb. 19, 2021 memo, the Defense Department inspector general announces it will launch a review of the Air Force's selection of the Army's Redstone Arsenal as the preferred permanent headquarters of U.S. Space Command.
