DOD instruction on communications waveform management

The Nov. 23, 2020 Defense Department instruction "establishes policy, assigns responsibilities, and provides procedures for . . .  periodically reviewing waveforms as they mature to evaluate the capabilities’ interoperability, security, reusability, exportability, and operational value for DOD use."
