DOD instruction on non-DOD information systems

The Dec. 9, 2019 Defense Department instruction "establishes policy, assigns responsibilities, and provides direction for managing the security of non-DOD information systems that process, store, or transmit unclassified nonpublic DOD information, including controlled unclassified information (CUI)."
