DOD instruction on product support management for the adaptive acquisition framework

The Nov. 4, 2021 Defense Department instruction "establishes policy, assigns responsibilities, and prescribes procedures for product support management to establish product support factors early in the requirements development and acquisition process to achieve effective and efficient weapon system capability and life cycle management."
